1. Digital Delivery by Email

Purchased digital keys are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout, immediately after successful payment.

If you do not receive the message, check all folders including spam/junk/promotions.

If the email is not delivered within a few minutes after payment completion, or if an incorrect email address was entered, contact us at info@winkeypro.com.

2. Instant Delivery and Over-Stock Orders

Product pages may show availability like: “23 available immediately (1000+ within 1 day)”.

This means:

  • the instant stock is usually delivered within minutes,
  • higher quantities above instant stock are replenished and delivered within up to 24 hours.

In case of larger-than-instant-stock orders, technical outages, or other circumstances beyond Seller’s control, delivery may be delayed, but no later than 24 hours from purchase.

3. Invoices

Invoices are delivered electronically and are also available in your order history at /my-account after login.

4. Complaints and 30-Day Key Replacement

For any activation issue, submit your complaint by replying directly to the delivery email containing your key.

Please attach a screenshot/photo with the activation error and key reference (at least the last key section).

We provide a 30-day key replacement guarantee from purchase date, subject to verification.

5. Returns / Withdrawal

Delivered digital products are non-returnable due to their nature (digital content supplied electronically).

However, we always encourage you to contact us first — every case can be reviewed individually.
