1. Digital delivery
We sell ESD digital licenses delivered electronically.
After successful payment confirmation, the license key and activation guide are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Typical delivery time is a few minutes. In technical cases, delivery can take up to 24 hours.
2. If you did not receive the email
Please check Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders.
If the message is missing or the email address was entered incorrectly, contact us at info@winkeypro.com.
3. Activation and ESD guidance
Activation must follow the product documentation and Microsoft licensing terms.
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard / Apps for Business:
office.com/setup365 - Selected perpetual Office licenses and consumer subscriptions:

For account-bound licenses, sign in only with the Microsoft account that should receive the license.
4. Invoice
Invoices are issued electronically based on checkout data and are available in /my-account.
5. Complaints and key replacement
For activation issues, contact info@winkeypro.com with your order number and an activation error screenshot.
We usually respond to complaint requests within 24 hours on business days.
After verification, we provide key replacement within 30 days from purchase.
6. Returns and withdrawal
Digital content delivered electronically is generally not eligible for standard withdrawal after delivery.
However, we allow individual return handling after prior agreement with the Seller and confirmation that the license has not been activated or used.
To initiate return verification, please contact us before further product activation within 14 days of purchase.
