1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT where applicable), unless stated otherwise.

4. When Payment Is Considered Successful

If authorization fails, the order may be automatically canceled.

5. Payment Security
Transactions are handled through secure, encrypted payment infrastructure and may include strong customer authentication (SCA/3D Secure) where required.
The Store does not store full payment card details.
6. Refunds
Digital products delivered electronically are generally non-refundable after delivery.
For verified activation issues, key replacement is applied first (30-day replacement guarantee).
If a monetary refund is approved in an individual case, it is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
