1. Basic information
All prices in the store are gross prices (VAT included where applicable), unless clearly stated otherwise.
The order currency is shown in checkout before payment confirmation.
Order processing starts after successful transaction authorization.
2. Payment providers
Online payments are processed by external providers: PayPal and Stripe (including payment methods available through their infrastructure).
All transactions are encrypted with an SSL certificate to protect transmitted data.
The store does not store full payment card details.

4. Payment confirmation

Individual refunds may be considered after prior contact and confirmation that the license has not been activated or used.
If a refund is approved, it is sent via the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
