1. Seller and scope
1. The store at https://winkeypro.com is operated by RAPONIT PATRYK BZYL, ul. Debowa 5, 63-421 Antonin, Poland, Tax ID / EU VAT: PL6222845712, REGON: 523964434 (“Seller”).
2. These Terms define rules for using the store and concluding distance sales agreements for digital products.
3. These Terms apply to consumers and business customers, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
2. Definitions
- Customer – any person or entity placing an order.
- Digital Product – digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example activation key/license and activation guide).
- Agreement – distance sales agreement between Customer and Seller.

4. Microsoft partner status and trademarks
1. The Seller has business verification status Authorized in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (Partner Location ID: 7111621).
2. This status confirms business verification in Microsoft Partner Center and does not mean Microsoft is a party to the sales contract.
3. Microsoft, Windows, Office and other product names are used only to identify products and compatibility.
5. Orders and agreement conclusion
1. Product information and pricing are an invitation to enter into an agreement.
2. The agreement is concluded after successful payment authorization and order acceptance.
3. The Customer must use purchased licenses according to applicable Microsoft license terms (EULA).
6. Prices and payment
1. Prices are gross prices unless stated otherwise.
2. Online payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe, including methods available in their systems.
3. Available methods may include PayPal, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Przelewy24, and Trustly, depending on location and checkout configuration.
4. Payment is successful when the Seller receives positive authorization from the payment provider.
7. Digital delivery
1. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Standard delivery time is a few minutes after payment confirmation; maximum delivery time is 24 hours.
3. The Customer should verify the email address and check spam/junk folders.
8. Activation guidance
1. Activation instructions are provided with each order.
2. Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Apps for Business must be activated at office.com/setup365.
3. Using the wrong activation flow may prevent successful activation.
9. Invoices
1. Invoices are issued electronically based on checkout data.
2. Invoices are sent by email and available in the customer account section.
10. Withdrawal and returns
1. Products sold in the store are digital content supplied electronically.
2. After performance has started and digital delivery is completed, standard withdrawal is generally not available for this product type.
3. The Seller may allow an individual return after prior agreement and confirmation that the license has not been activated or used.
11. Complaints
1. Complaints should be sent to info@winkeypro.com with order number and activation error evidence.
2. After positive verification, we provide key replacement within 30 days from purchase.
3. We usually respond to complaint requests within 24 hours on business days.
4. Complaint responses are provided without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.
12. Personal data
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Final provisions
1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.
2. The Seller may update these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
3. Updates do not affect rights acquired before the update effective date.
