1. General Information
1. The online store available at https://winkeypro.com (the “Store”) is operated by Raponit Patryk Bzyl, registered in Poland, address: ul. Dębowa 5, 63-421 Antonin, Poland, Tax ID / EU VAT ID: PL6222845712, REGON: 523964434 (the “Seller”).
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the Store and concluding distance contracts.
3. These Terms apply to consumers and business customers. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Definitions
- Customer – any person or entity placing an order in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
- Digital Product – digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. activation key, ESD/OEM license key, activation guide).
- Agreement – a distance sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

4. Technical Requirements

5. Products and Order Placement
1. The Store sells Digital Products delivered electronically.
2. Product listings, descriptions and prices are an invitation to enter into an agreement.
3. To place an order, the Customer selects a product, provides required data, chooses payment, accepts these Terms, and confirms purchase.
4. The Agreement is concluded after successful payment authorization and order acceptance.
6. Prices and Payment Methods
1. Prices are gross prices (including VAT where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
2. Online payments are processed via PayPal (including PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., where applicable).
3. Available payment methods (depending on technical and regional availability):
- PayPal,
- PayPal Pay Later,
- payment cards (Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments),
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay,
- BLIK,
- Przelewy24,
- Trustly.
4. A payment is considered successful when the Seller receives a valid confirmation from the payment operator.
7. Digital Delivery
1. Purchased digital keys are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
2. “Instant delivery” usually means delivery within a few minutes after successful payment.
3. If the ordered quantity exceeds the instant stock pool (e.g. “23 available immediately (1000+ within 1 day)”), or in case of outages/other factors beyond Seller’s control, delivery may take longer, but no later than 24 hours from purchase.
4. If no email is received, the Customer should check all folders (including spam) and contact the Seller immediately.
8. Invoices
1. Purchase invoices are delivered electronically.
2. Invoices are also available in the order section after login at /my-account.
3. Invoices are issued based on customer data entered at checkout.
9. No Right of Withdrawal for Delivered Digital Content
1. The offered products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
2. By placing an order, the Customer expressly consents to immediate performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges loss of withdrawal right once the Digital Product is delivered.
3. After delivery of the Digital Product, standard cancellation/return is not available for that product type.
4. Despite the above, customers are encouraged to contact support in every case; requests may be reviewed individually.
10. Complaints and 30-Day Key Replacement Guarantee
1. Any activation complaint must be submitted by replying directly to the email message in which the digital key was delivered.
2. The complaint should include an error screenshot/photo and the key reference (at least the last key section visible).
3. In case of activation error, the Seller provides a 30-day key replacement guarantee from the purchase date, subject to verification.
4. Complaint responses are provided without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.
5. This guarantee does not exclude mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
11. Place of Supply and VAT
1. The Seller is a Polish business entity.
2. For electronically supplied services/digital products, the place of supply and VAT treatment are determined according to applicable tax law, including EU VAT rules.
3. Billing country/address and transaction evidence provided at checkout are used to determine VAT and issue the invoice.
4. The Customer is responsible for accuracy and completeness of checkout data.
12. Personal Data
1. The Seller is the data controller of Customers’ personal data.
2. Data is processed for order fulfillment, payment processing, complaint handling and legal obligations.

13. Final Provisions
1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of habitual residence.
2. The Seller may amend these Terms for legal or operational reasons. Amendments do not affect rights acquired before changes take effect.
